These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GRANDLINE Company LLC website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing and placing an order with GRANDLINE Company LLC, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.

2. Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

We ship domestically within the United States (3-5 business days) and internationally to over 50 countries (7-14 business days). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over $150 qualify for free international shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To initiate a return, contact us at info@grandlinecompany.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

6. Warranties

All products come with a 1-year quality guarantee against manufacturing defects. Artisan and Limited Edition products include a 2-year extended warranty. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GRANDLINE Company LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

GRANDLINE Company LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
